About the Suit

The Intrudair Flexible Dynamic DBC Hybrid Suit Series is designed for both skydiving and tunnel flying, offering the perfect balance between performance and comfort:


60% Skydiving 40% Tunnel Flying

The DBC series fully meets the demands of modern freefly skydiving and indoor flying. By default, the suit features a slim-fit, tightly tailored cut that enhances aerodynamics while maintaining comfort. Strategically placed elastic panels at key joint areas provide maximum mobility and unrestricted movement.


Assembly stitching is completed using strong nylon yarn in a soft, smooth finish, ensuring durability without compromising comfort.

The knees are reinforced with Cordura® 1000 for added durability. A bottom patch reinforcement is available as an optional upgrade.

    Choose your preferred fit. The slim (body-fit) option provides a tighter, more aerodynamic feel. The normal setting offers a balanced fit. The loose option increases comfort and freedom of movement while adding more drag.

    Collar type

    Collar height affects comfort, neck coverage, and aerodynamics. A low collar provides more freedom of movement and ventilation. The medium collar offers a balanced combination of comfort and protection. A high collar delivers increased coverage and a more secure fit around the neck.

    Leg cuff type

    Choose between three leg cuff constructions depending on your preferred fit and performance. The Technical option features a foldable and adjustable system that can be worn folded up or down, offering maximum versatility and airflow control. The Normal cuff uses a standard elastic construction for a comfortable, balanced fit and easy use. The Tight + Zipper option provides a close, aerodynamic fit with a zipper for precise adjustment, reducing airflow entry and enhancing performance.

    Speed of the Suit

    The suit’s fall rate is controlled by the looseness of the fabric in the arms and legs. A loose configuration increases surface area and drag, resulting in a slower fall rate. The normal setting provides a balanced performance. A tight (fast) configuration reduces drag, allowing for a higher fall speed.

    0.6 cm thick high-density EVA foam reinforcement in the knee area. Engineered to absorb impacts and improve durability in high-wear zones, while maintaining flexibility and mobility. Recommended especially for tunnel flying and demanding use conditions.

    0.6 cm thick high-density EVA foam reinforcement integrated into the elbow area. Designed to absorb impacts and distribute pressure, reducing stress on the joints. Recommended especially for intensive tunnel use and repeated contact surfaces.
